Waterproof, durable, and realistic, LVP is one of the most practical floors you can put in an active home. We make sure the installation lives up to the product.
Luxury vinyl plank is one of the most requested floors we install. It handles water, resists scratches better than most wood floors, and comes in convincing wood and stone looks at a wide range of price points.
What most people do not realize is that LVP is unforgiving of a poor subfloor. High spots, dips, and debris show through the planks and can stress the locking joints over time. We evaluate and prepare the floor first, then install with the layout, expansion space, and transitions the product requires.
LVP works almost anywhere in the house, but it really earns its place in these spaces.
Spills, dropped dishes, and washer leaks are less of a worry with a waterproof floor that cleans up easily.
LVP handles the moisture and temperature swings of a below-grade slab far better than solid wood or laminate.
Scratch-resistant wear layers and waterproof cores make it easier to live with dogs, cats, and the accidents that come with them.
Durable, low-maintenance, and repairable plank by plank, LVP is a smart choice for high-traffic and rental properties.
The look of a sample only tells part of the story. Wear layer thickness, core construction, plank thickness, and attached underlayment all affect how the floor feels underfoot, how it sounds, and how well it stands up to traffic.
We help you compare products side by side and explain which features actually matter for the rooms you are updating, so you are not paying for specs you do not need or skipping the ones you do.
You do not need every decision made before contacting us. Here is what to expect from first visit to finished floor.
We measure, check the existing floor, and help you compare LVP products for each room.
Existing flooring is removed when included in your scope, and the subfloor is cleaned and flattened as needed.
Planks are laid out to balance the room, with proper expansion gaps and staggered joints for a natural look.
Transitions, stair nosing, and baseboards are completed, then we clean up and walk the floor with you.
LVP pricing depends on the product and the condition of the space. These are the biggest variables.
Clear scope and pricing before any work begins. Financing is available for qualifying projects.

I had a great experience with Trademark Flooring. I had them replace carpet in the basement with LVP. Partway through the install they found an issue with the under pad and ended up have to pull out the installed product and re install. They made sure the finished product was correct, even though it cost more time. Even with this, they delivered on the original bid. Highly recommended.Posted on Google![]()

I recently purchased a house that unfortunately had damaged tile in the kitchen and bathrooms, along with worn-out LVP flooring in the living room. I hired Trademark Flooring to replace all of it using Mohawk SolidTech Plus LVP, and they did an absolutely amazing job from start to finish. Their installation crew demoed the old flooring incredibly fast and did a flawless job laying out and arranging the new luxury vinyl planks for a beautiful, seamless look across the entire first floor, as well as the upstairs bathrooms. We hit an unexpected delay that wasn’t their fault at all - once an upstairs bathroom floor was pulled up, we discovered a hidden plumbing leak that had damaged the plywood subfloor. Trademark immediately stepped up, pausing their work and recommending other contractors that were able to quickly do the repair work. My project manager, Carter, did a phenomenal job communicating and managing the timeline to get everything back on track quickly. If you are looking for premium luxury vinyl plank installation or reliable flooring contractors in the Salt Lake City area, I highly recommend Trademark Flooring. They provide top-tier workmanship and great customer service! Note - in the photos the base boards and the two risers need to be painted still.Posted on Google![]()

Carter did an amazing job! We had a few small issues during the install, but Carter made sure everything was fixed and did so in a timely manner. Even after we paid the final invoice and noticed something afterwards he still got it fixed quick.Posted on Google![]()

Practical answers to the questions we hear most before a project starts.
Most LVP products are waterproof at the plank level, meaning water will not damage the plank itself. Standing water can still get under the floor at seams and edges, so spills should be cleaned up promptly.
In some cases, yes, if the tile is solid and flat and the added height works with doors and transitions. We check the condition of the tile during the estimate before recommending it.
Many products recommend a short acclimation period. We follow the manufacturer’s guidelines for the specific product you choose.
Yes. LVP is one of the most common basement floors because it tolerates moisture and works well over concrete slabs.
Many LVP projects are completed in one to three days. Larger homes, stairs, and floor preparation can add time.
Yes. Our installation work is backed by a 2-year labor warranty, separate from the manufacturer’s product warranty.
Tell us which rooms you are updating and we will help you find the right LVP and put together a clear installation estimate.
